1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time prior to dispatch.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 working days. Due to hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids, used vape kits, tanks, or pods cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Faults must be reported within 7 working days. DOA consumables must be reported within 3 working days. Some items have a 28 day replacement warranty.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened e-liquids, used devices, filled tanks or pods, and used coils unless faulty.

Refunds may be issued for cancelled orders, unopened returns, confirmed faulty goods, or orders cancelled due to age verification or pricing errors.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for opened/used e-liquids, used devices, or consumables not reported faulty in time.

3. Partial Refunds

May apply for items not returned in original condition or orders cancelled due to incorrect addresses.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically processed within 3–7 working days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty.
