Certain components such as atomisers, coils, and pods are classified as ‘Dead on Arrival’ (DOA) items due to their consumable nature. You must notify us within 3 working days of receiving a faulty DOA product. Other items such as batteries, chargers, and accessories carry a 28-day replacement warranty. Refunds and replacements are processed upon inspection of returned goods.
